Carleton University School Experiences Survey

  • Purpose of study: As a parent, caregiver, or guardian of a child in a Canadian school, your knowledge and experience are very important. This survey is being conducted by a team of researchers and clinicians who want to improve our understanding of school attendance and child and youth wellbeing, especially in youth with ADHD.

The survey has three parts:

1. Demographic information about their child and family (e.g., sex, age, province, diagnoses)
2. Details about their child's school attendance (e.g., how many days absence, reason for absence)
3. Other factors related to their child's school experiences (e.g., attitudes about education, environmental sensitivity, teacher-parent relationships)

  • Who can participate: Parents of youth (Kindergarten to Grade 12) with or without ADHD
  • What is involved: Filling out a roughly 30-minute online survey. The survey can only be completed oncer per family, priority on completing the survey about your youth with ADHD.
  • Location: Across Canada, online survey
