Are you an adult who struggles with ADHD? Do you feel overwhelmed by everything on your to-do list? Are you ready to learn new skills and create positive change in your life? This program is for you if you are tired of feeling stuck and want to start to move beyond your ADHD struggles. In this 6-week group coaching program, participants will be introduced to foundational topics for living well with ADHD.
The Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada is looking for individuals who have lived experience with ADHD and Substance Use Disorder to join our ADHD Advisory Committee. Action from the Federal Government is needed now to support individuals with ADHD. CADDRA, CADDAC and CanREACHhave come together and is calling on the Government of Canada to create an expert advisory group as part of the National Mental Health Standards. Read more about our Action Plan here.

Join one of CADDAC's ADHD Support Groups to help you navigate through life’s twists and turns. Sessions will allow you to share your story or strategies with others who understand what it means to be an adult with ADHD.
Join CADDAC’s Parent Support Group, led by CADDAC-trained facilitators, who are all parents and caregivers of children with ADHD. Open to any parents/caregivers of children with ADHD in Canada. Click here to register!
