She is recognized for her ability to bring clarity to complexity, align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision, and translate strategy into practical action. Her work has included supporting enterprise-wide transformation affecting thousands of colleagues, building new organizational capabilities, and helping leaders successfully navigate change.
Audrey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management. Her passion for CADDAC's mission is both personal and professional. Originally identified with learning differences during a university research study, Audrey was later diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, alongside her son, daughter, and husband. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for both the challenges and strengths associated with ADHD and have fueled her commitment to increasing understanding, reducing stigma, improving access to support, and helping create environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive.
As Chair of CADDAC, Audrey is committed to strengthening awareness, advocacy, education, and community support for individuals and families affected by ADHD across Canada.
