I provide practical support for individuals struggling with organization, time management, task initiation, routines, overwhelm, and follow-through. Services are designed to help clients build systems that work with their brain, particularly those experiencing ADHD-related or executive functioning challenges.

Academic coaching and ADHD support for students in high school and university, focused on building learning strategies, executive functioning skills, and organizational systems. Services include reading and writing strategies, study skills, and test taking strategies.

With over 30 years of experience in education, I specialize in helping teens, university students, and young adults, especially those with ADHD, develop the skills they need to succeed academically and in life. I understand firsthand how challenges with executive function, such as time management, organization, and follow-through, can make success feel frustratingly out of reach. The students I work with are highly capable, but struggle with procrastination, missed deadlines, inconsistent motivation, and difficulty adjusting to the independence of post-secondary life. If you’re a student, you may feel stuck, stressed, or unsure where to start. If you’re a parent, you may be watching your child struggle and wondering how to best support them without constant reminders, conflict, or pressure. I combine my background in education with ADHD-informed coaching to provide both structure and accountability, while creating a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can build self-awareness, independence, and confidence. Whether the goal is improving academic performance, navigating the transition to post-secondary education, or building independence in work and life, coaching helps students move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling capable, focused, and in control.
