ADHD Support Groups

Support groups resume in Fall 2023

Join one of CADDAC's ADHD Support Groups to help you navigate through life’s twists and turns.


Adults with ADHD Support Groups

CADDAC’s Adult ADHD Support Group run virtually on Zoom each month. They are lead by CADDAC-trained facilitators, who are all adults with ADHD. Sessions will allow you to share your story or strategies, and best of all do it with others who understand what it means to be an adult with ADHD.

Who can join: Open to any adults with ADHD in Canada

Adult ADHD Support Groups will resume in fall 2023.

Parent ADHD Support Groups

Join CADDAC’s Virtual Parent Support Group, led by CADDAC-trained facilitators, who are all parents and caregivers of children with ADHD. Sessions will allow you to share your story or strategies with others who understand what it means to be a parent or caregiver of a child (or children!) with ADHD.

Who can join: Open to any parents/caregivers of children with ADHD in Canada.

Parent Support Groups will resume in fall 2023.

ADHD and Substance Use Disorder Peer-Led Support Groups

The Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada is launching ADHD and Substance Use Disorder Peer-Led Support Groups in fall 2023, with funding support from Health Canada.

Through these virtual group sessions, participants will receive emotional support and mentorship, critical education about ADHD, and strategies on how to manage some of the core symptoms that have led to substance use.

These groups will be offered in different time zones across Canada and will be peer-led by trained Peer Support Facilitators.

The Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada, is seeking Peer Support Facilitators for our upcoming ADHD and Substance Use Support Groups. As people with lived experience with both ADHD and SUD, the Peer Support Facilitators will support group participants while also gaining meaningful employment experience and opportunities for personal development. Training provided. Must have lived experience with ADHD and Substance Use Disorder.
