ADHD can affect women in unique and often misunderstood ways!

CADDAC has heard your request to provide specific support in response to this, and we are making it happen!  Thanks in part to funding received this year from Elvium, we are happy to offer 2 Pilot sessions in October and November for this NEW Women’s* Peer-Facilitated Support Group!

CADDAC’s monthly Women's ADHD Peer-Facilitated Support Group offers a safe and inclusive space for women and gender-diverse individuals to learn, connect, and support one another. Meeting on Zoom every 3rd Tuesday of the month, each session focuses on a different topic, beginning with a brief presentation that explores how ADHD may influence daily life, relationships, work, wellness, and self-understanding. Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been navigating ADHD for years, you'll find a welcoming community that understands.

*This group welcomes women and gender-diverse individuals whose experiences align with those of women affected by ADHD.
