ADHD Private Schools

CADDAC does not, in any way, endorse these private schools, nor do we support or promote their programs.

This is simply a list of schools that have been researched and state that they except students with learning differences and in particular, ADHD.

Some offer a variety of specialized programs, but others do not. Parents should expect to research these facilities and ask for references and referrals.

Use this link to access the website, “Our Kids” – Private Schools, for a list of 65 schools, stating that they support students with ADHD.

Otherwise, here is a list we have collected:

Foothills Academy

Foothills Academy welcomes students with identified Learning Disabilities in grades 3 to 12 who are struggling to succeed in the regular school system. Many of our students also have ADHD in addition to their LD diagnosis. Everything that we do at Foothills Academy has its foundation in our school philosophy which is based on Self-Determination Theory and summarized by our slogan: Find Understanding, Build Confidence, Maximize Potential.

Rundle Studio
7379 17 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T3H 3W5
Tel: 403-291-3866
At Rundle, we focus on character first and this will continue through all facets of our Studio program. Maintaining our value of small class sizes, we will have a limited intake of 28 students. We are building on the success of our Rundle Academy program and bringing that to an interactive, online environment. It’s time to be innovative in education and we are thinking differently about online learning and shattering expectations for learning with a disability.
