This interactive program provides step-by-step practical support on implementing tools and strategies for more consistent performance. You’ll get new tools every week, plus support using them with the private Facebook group so you can practice skills between coaching sessions.
In this dynamic program you’ll gain insight into your ADHD, how to build strengths along with your ADHD toolbox! This program is designed for those who are newly diagnosed and are embarking on a personal journey of self-discovery.

Nathalie Pedicelli is an ICF trained ADHD Organizer Coach combining the knowledge of an ADHD Coach with the experience of a Professional Organizer. She holds a Bachelor of Administration from Concordia University and is a Graduate of the School of Community & Public Affairs. Nathalie is also a speaker whose talks focus on how organization and coaching help people with ADHD live less stressful and more productive lives.
Diagnosed with ADHD at age 44, she started her business, Métamorphoses Organisation, 15 years ago. Nathalie now encourages her clients to understand how their ADHD brain works differently and to adapt their environment to the ADHD way of thinking and doing things. She uses a holistic approach and helps adults with ADHD design systems and create structures that allow them to live with greater freedom and less anxiety.
Nathalie has recently co-designed and facilitates the Adult ADHD Group Coaching program for the Centre for ADHD Awareness Canada (CADDAC). Helping clients with ADHD increase their productivity by learning how to use a planner effectively has become her signature work.
Rhiannon Carter is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, an Associate ADHD Certified Coach with MentorCoach, a Permanent Professionally Certified Teacher in Alberta, holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University.
Rhiannon is an ADHD coach who has over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with ADHD, learning disorders and executive function challenges ranging from preschool through to adulthood. She is founder of Empower You ADHD Coaching, and a passionate advocate for those with ADHD.
Rhiannon specializes in ADHD coaching for adults, teens, post-secondary students and parents. She also supports adult learners as an academic strategist and facilitates group coaching programs for women with ADHD. She spent many years teaching, which has provided her with unique perspectives on how ADHD impacts learning, relationships, and family dynamics across the across the lifespan. Rhiannon also has extensive personal experience with ADHD as she was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and also has two children who are neuro-diverse. Rhiannon’s coaching approach is rooted in positive psychology, but through an ADHD lens. She partners with clients to explore their executive function profile, build awareness around strengths and ADHD impacts. Together coach and client identify and develop goals, create step-by-step plans, build skills and harness strengths so the client achieves success.
