Rhiannon helps clients get traction on a wide range of issues, including emotional regulation, procrastination, productivity at home\/work, motivation, building habits, planning and time management. Other services include academic strategy for adult learners, facilitating group coaching programs for adults with ADHD, and providing ADHD education through speaking engagements and customized presentations.
