Ollie loves coaching LGBTQ+, geeks, gamers, artists, and entrepreneurs. Their goal is to provide a safe, fun space for those who need it most to grow and learn. The judgment of the world is unrelenting and harsh. There is no room for that judgment in their coaching sessions. In those sessions, coach and client look at the client's goals; the things they want to accomplish. Then they examine things the brain is doing that are or aren't helpful. Because others often focus on our failures, many of us don't know about strengths we have. Ollie supports clients to take a good look at both challenges and strengths, building unique strategies that will create a fulfilling life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you understood that reference, you are in the right place. I am never happier than when working with the queer community, geeks, gamers, artists, and entrepreneurs. In my strengths-focused approach to coaching, I love nothing more than to reference TTRPG (which makes for excellent metaphors), fantasy, Marvel, video gaming, queer history\/media, writing, and crafting. I also work hard to ensure the coaching space is free from any judgement. None of us need more of that in our lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
