Services support learning and executive functioning, dyslexia, single-incident and complex trauma, emotional regulation, identity development, life transitions, parenting and family stress, and cross-cultural experiences, with a particular (though not exclusive) focus on BIPOC, immigrant, mixed-race, and Third Culture Kid (TCK) communities. Her approach is integrative, practical, and non-pathologizing, helping clients better understand themselves while building strategies that work with, rather than against, who they are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ramona has a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of British Columbia. In addition to clinical experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families, her work is informed by years of ADHD-related research, advocacy, and lived experience, including research on ADHD, ableism, substance use, and cross-cultural experiences of time perception. She has advanced training in EMDR, Lifespan Integration, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), CBT, Narrative Therapy, DBT Skills Training, EFIT\/EFFT, and executive functioning support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scattered Souls Counselling &amp; Coaching was created for people who have often felt \u201ctoo much,\u201d \u201ctoo scattered,\u201d or misunderstood within traditional systems.
