I understand firsthand how challenges with executive function, such as time management, organization, and follow-through, can make success feel frustratingly out of reach. The students I work with are highly capable, but struggle with procrastination, missed deadlines, inconsistent motivation, and difficulty adjusting to the independence of post-secondary life. If you\u2019re a student, you may feel stuck, stressed, or unsure where to start. If you\u2019re a parent, you may be watching your child struggle and wondering how to best support them without constant reminders, conflict, or pressure. I combine my background in education with ADHD-informed coaching to provide both structure and accountability, while creating a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can build self-awareness, independence, and confidence.
