I’m an ADHD and Executive Coach. On the outside, my story may look different from yours, but the feelings inside are familiar. For years, I was seen as a “high-functioning” success, leading teams worldwide, completing an Executive MBA, and managing a $5M+ business unit. Inside, I struggled. I was the “smart kid” who never learned to study and relied on last-minute deadlines to focus. For 20+ years, I masked and compensated, driven by adrenaline and anxiety. In 2020, during a global pause, I got an inattentive-type ADHD diagnosis. It wasn’t a flaw, but a framework that explained my life. That clarity sparked a mission. I became a certified brain-based coach to help ambitious people stop fighting their brains and start working with them. Coaching Approach: I bring empathy, curiosity, and compassion, focusing on your strengths and meeting you where you are. My structured yet flexible coaching draws on neuroscience, mindful reflection, and value-based systems to build lasting progress. I work with professionals, entrepreneurs, and late-diagnosed adults ready for meaningful change.

ADHD, life and executive coaching for adults, working professionals and visible minorities.

[108,195
228,128,104
post-17102","resource","type-resource","status-publish","hentry","resource-category-coaches","resource-category-adhd-speaker","resource-province-virtual-and-in-person","resource-province-national","resource-province-ontario
["GET
