I offer fully individualized programs that guide families toward sustainable, nourishing habits and improve overall wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My services include the following programs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Nourished Brain: Your Child\u2019s ADHD Nutrition Blueprint.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a comprehensive 16 week, 1:1 nutrition, lifestyle, &amp; parent support program designed to help children with ADHD improve their behaviours, moods, &amp; focus through evidence-informed, practical strategies. This program focuses on nourishing the brain and body by addressing areas such as blood sugar balance, gut health, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, picky eating, emotional regulation, focus, sleep, stress management, and energy. Parents receive personalized guidance, realistic meal strategies, and ongoing support to help their child thrive at home, at school, and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The ADHD Kickstart Session<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a powerful first step for parents who want to better understand how nutrition can impact their child\u2019s ADHD symptoms, and overall well-being.
