Through my business, Thriving Minds at Work, I coach professional women experiencing the crush of midlife, perimenopause, mental health challenges, and\/or a suspected or new ADHD diagnosis. I help women get unstuck and focused on what really matters by teaching sustainable strategies that work for their brains to stay organized, focused, and productive. I have a deep understanding of life as a busy, sometimes overwhelmed, working woman. I have aging parents, a partner with an intense job, two teenage kids, both with executive function challenges and neurodiversity. Combining that with many years as an executive in technology companies and my own personal growth journey, I have deep empathy and understanding of the struggles that women face every day. My goal is to help my clients feel understood and supported. To feel like they can step away from the constant deluge that life brings them and get a feeling of being unstuck and successful. My coaching is highly individualized, recognizing that each client is unique and has their own strengths, challenges, and learning styles. I tailor my approach to suit their specific needs, lifestyle, and goals so they can maximize their progress and success. Also, I focus on people as a whole human. We focus not only on the cognitive aspects of executive function but also on factors like lifestyle, stress management, and self-care. This whole-person perspective leads to more sustainable improvements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":33,"featured_media":0,"template":"","resource-category":[108],"resource-province":[199,128,104],"class_list":["post-16463","resource","type-resource","status-publish","hentry","resource-category-coaches","resource-province-virtual-only","resource-province-national","resource-province-ontario"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/caddac.ca\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/resource\/16463","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/caddac.ca\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/resource"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/caddac.ca\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/resource"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/caddac.ca\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/33"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/caddac.ca\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/resource\/16463\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":16466,"href":"https:\/\/caddac.ca\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/resource\/16463\/revisions\/16466"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/caddac.ca\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=16463"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"resource-category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/caddac.ca\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/resource-category?post=16463"},{"taxonomy":"resource-province","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/caddac.ca\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/resource-province?post=16463"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
