She supports clients navigating ADHD\u2014especially those diagnosed later in life or those who are beginning to suspect they may have it. Cari helps clients process the grief, identity confusion, emotional dysregulation, perfectionism, impostor syndrome, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges that often accompany ADHD. Her evidence-based approach supports clients in building self-compassion, understanding how their brains work, and developing practical and personalized tools for managing stress, time, and daily life.
