We provide ADHD life coaching and consulting that is person-centered, strenght-based, empowering and transformative. We welcome adults aged 18 and older, with or without ADHD. Our service supports individuals, couples (where one or both partners have ADHD), seniors, and families. At the heart of our approach is a deep appreciation and understanding of neurodiversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This service is delivered by an ADHD Certified Life Coach whose specific ADHD life coach training was obtained through an accredited program with the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
