Providing a safe place for learning about and working with your neurodivergent brain differences for harnessing your strengths, reducing burnout, and living with purpose in your everyday activities. \u2028<br><br>Also providing neurodiversity-friendly self-leadership mindfulness workshops, group classes and 1:1 sessions for adults. For learning about and exploring mindfulness and self-compassion tools and practices that can be individualized as part of neurodivergent self-care.
