She coaches adults, couples, families, teens and children 10 and up who are impacted by their ADHD deficits in executive function, social emotional learning and emotional regulation. She uses a strength-based approach to take her clients from adhd paralysis,perfectionism and procrastination to activation. By educating her clients on their uniquely wired brain she is able to facilitate a mindset shift that overcomes the block between knowing and doing. She works with teens and university students who are struggling in school, entreprenuers, adults who are navigating career shifts and moms\/ career women who are burnt out from trying to keep all the balls in the air. As well as coaching Kamala serves as a consultant to schools, speaker and advocate for the ADHD community. She is available to coach in groups and 1 on 1, virtually across Canada and Internationally as well as in person in the Greater Edmonton Area.
