An ADHD Awareness Month Event!
We’re very pleased to be bringing you our first ever Facebook Live Panel, featuring women with ADHD. Four women from across the province will speak to their unique challenges with ADHD, barriers to diagnoses and recognition, what it looks like to be supported and of course, how ADHD can be harnessed as a strength!
Join us for this free, one hour panel, listening to the experience of Women with ADHD.
Why ADHD & Women?
ADHD in women and girls tends to be underrecognized and underdiagnosed, leaving thousands of women struggling with unmanaged ADHD symptoms in Canada. This can result in mental health and substance use challenges, unemployment and poverty. This year for ADHD Awareness Month we are raising awareness about this particular issue in the ADHD community.
